Sushi and Laundry

This morning I woke up and did about three loads of laundry and then got ready. Mom's treating the brother and I to some sushi before the weekend starts. Spring break is coming to an end and I am so not ready to finish the remains of my senior year. Not because I'm in love with high school, but because I'm not ready to face the variety of tests my teachers have in store for me. Anyways, here's the outfit:

So spring break is this week and I've been on a cooking/baking spree. Outfits will be posted eventually...I've had cute date outfits, but haven't had the time to document any of them. I hope everyone is having a wonderful time this spring.

I've basically just been stressing about everything school related: social and academics. But for the fashion aspect of this blog, this is the dress I wore to our Sadie's dance, also known at our school as Carousel of Roses Dance.

Lazy Day.

I woke up at 11 a.m. this morning and decided to just spend the day doing basically nothing. I'm watching Bravo's marathon of The Rachel Zoe Project. After a watching that many episodes, I realized Rachel and I have the same Blackberry - except her's is white and mine is black. But it's just a little nice feel. I hope everyone had a great Christmas!

Chrsitmas Eve.

I hope everyone is having an amazing Christmas Eve. I spent the day with the mother and brother. We went to Galleria to do some last minute Christmas shopping and then got sushi - which is always a good thing. I opened one of my gifts and it just happens to be a nice little watch from Lucky Brand :) Always a good surprise. There's a Michael Kors box that recently showed up under the tree too, so we'll see what that turns out to be. Apparently Texas is supposed to have snow at some point this weekend, so we'll see if that happens. I'm about to head off to church and here's the outfit I'll be wearing.

It's 46 Degrees.

Like the title says, it's currently 46 degrees in Dallas, Texas. I went out to have lunch with my mother at Luby's. She initially said a nice hotel and I figured it'd be a good excuse to break in this lovely skirt. However, she decided the hotel was too crowded and we ended up at Luby's. Guess who was overdressed? Me. Still, it's a lovely skirt and I definitely loved wearing it.

It's 71 Degrees.

So I went to Northpark today, hoping to find my brother a gift - I did. However, I couldn't help but stop by Madewell for an attempt to find something affordable, and I did :) The top was $9.99 and the skirt was $19.99, considering the skirt was originally $88, I think I did a pretty good job. I hope everyone's holiday season is going swell! Only a few more days until Christmas!
